NBR -40 100 Good resistance to alcohol, amines, petroleum oils,and gasoline over a wide range of temperatures.
Also good resistance to caustic salts. Poor in strong oxidizing agents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones,and esters.
FKM -25 250 Excellent chemical resistance but ester and ketone.
The cost is high. Good resistance to most oil and solvents
PU -40 100 Extremely good tensile strength, abrasive resistance,tear strength, and extrusion strength but poor resistant to polar solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons,aromatics, brake fluids, acids, and alkalis.
