Press 1th Button ,then you hear the relay act sound , then press the learning Button again , the LED indicator flash,  Release it,Press the 2th Button ,then you hear the relay act sound again , it means Latched mode learning is finished 

 ON OFF Button Learning is independent,you can set the ON OFF Button as your needy

Keeping press the Learning Button on the receiver until the LED indicator flash fast until it flash slow 2 times .it mean the code have cleared successfully
