HK-203 Portable Pipe intersection tube profiling shape cutter cutting machine

HK series pipe crossing cutter is portable. The machine is used to cut pipe for intersection welding. Pipe intersection welding needs to cut saddle orifice’s shape. The trace of the torch is determined by saddle pattern plate. The pattern plate making is according to the saddle orifice’s shape, which needs to be cut. The machine also can cut common pipe or bevel cutting. The machine is constituted of control box, torch, mainly body base. The control box which is fixed on offside of the cutter structure is operated and repaired easily.

The machine is designed in reason and the structure is unique. It has four balanced foot screw bar which is used to maintain the machine on the pipe. You can allocate the machine accurately by safety device which has features of high precision of butt contact of the pipe cutting, few subsidiary time of the cutting, and so on.
