Micro Diaphragm Liquid Pump

Principle

The design of our micro diaphragm pumps are based on the priciple of the oscillating displacement pump, which is remarkably simple. The eccentric in our pump converted the circulation power of the motor into vertical movement.The motion is then transmits to the diaphragm through a connecting rod which in conjunction with an inlet and outlet valve to create a pumping action (inhale and exhale)

Extreme chemical resistance

We use chemical ressistant materials such as PTFE, PVDF, FFPM or other material combinations for the pump parts which come into contact with the liquid. Thus, our pumps are available for neutral and corrosive gases/ air/ liquids.

Dry running, long-life and maintenance free

The systematization, optimization of the pumps, and the precise manufacturing of every single pump parts, ensures the safe operation of our pumps and allow them to run in severe environment or dry running.
