After power-on, when there is no input signal, the output is 0V

For the first power-up, a calibration can be done: Input a signal with 50% duty cycle and 5V amplitude to DIN- and DIN+. The frequency is 1-3KHZ. Use a multimeter to measure two ports of AO and GND. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to make the multimeter display 5.40V. This calibrate the corresponding relation between pulse signal and this module. The resolution of this module is 0.1V. The output current capability is 10MA. If the percentage of the duty cycle is inversely related to the voltage, you can check the check box of STEP LOW, ACTIVE to set the pins of PWM output in the MACH3 software.

5. The voltage range of power supply is 12-30VDC (power requirement of power supply: >100MA). The recommended supply voltage is 15-24VDC.

At 12V level, this module cannot be powered by 12VDC, it needs the power supply of 15VDC or more.

Port:

1. DIN+: Positive of PWM signal (For common cathode, connect it to PWM signal; For common anode, connect it to 24V of signal terminal)

2. DIN-: Negative of PWM signal (For common cathode, connect it to GNC; For common anode, connect it to PWM signal)

3. 12-30V: Positive of power supply

4. GND: Ground of power supply

5. GND: Ground of power supply. It is connected to ground of power supply

6. AO: Output port of analog voltage (0-5V)
